August 23th, 2025—doors open at 2 PM, the last band performs at 8 PM, our DJ plays until 11 PM.

What is Middle River Music Fest?
Middle River Music Fest is a one-day, all-ages outdoor music festival held on our working farm just outside St. Thomas and London, Ontario. Spend the day enjoying live music, delicious food, kids’ activities, and scenic farm experiences in a relaxed, open-air setting. As part of Ontario’s vibrant summer music festival scene, MRMF is a great choice for families, couples, and anyone searching for music festivals near London or Southwestern Ontario.

Is alcohol served at the festival?
No, but you are welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Think of it like a picnic, except on a farm with live music.
What to wear to a music festival?
Assuming the weather is favourable, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—and have fun with it. How often do you get to dress up for a music festival on a farm? Around 8 PM, it begins cooling down, so it’s a good idea to bring a sweater or blanket or both. Good footwear is recommended if you plan on taking the farm tour, which we highly recommend :). You’ll be fine in sandals.
Can we get food at the festival?
Yes, you can purchase food from any of the vendors that are set up. We’ve got something for everyone.
What should I bring?
We recommend:
- A reusable water bottle
- Chair or blanket
- Warm clothes for the evening
- Beverages and a reusable cup
- Snacks
- A flashlight or headlamp
- and some friends!
Is there parking at the event?
Yes, free parking is available on-site. Bring a flashlight or headlamp for your walk to the parking lot at night.
Is your event accessible for people with mobility issues?
Yes, we try to make our event as accessible as possible. But, there are no paved roads or parking lots at our farm venue. It’s 200m walk from the parking lot to the stage area along a gravel road. Arrangements can be made to drop attendees off by vehicle at the stage and food truck area. The food truck area is flat compact dirt, and the stage area is a mostly flat grass field. One of our rented bathrooms are wheelchari accessible.
Can I bring my dog/cat/iguana?
Sadly, we cannot allow any outside pets.

A music festival is where musicians can perform their music to an engaged audience, preferably outdoors. It’s a place where you can meet your community members, relax, and enjoy a stress-free day (unless you’re organizing the event, then you may experience slight stress).
