Our 2024 Food Vendors!

We are so thrilled to welcome back two of our superstar food vendors from past festivals. They are both commited to a hyper-local food system and their food is simply the best!

As advocates inspired to reunite people’s relationship with the earth, New Leaf owner and operator Andy Coughlin, and his wife Anne Marie, work together to make food that tastes amazing and promotes health and wellness for people and the planet.

Prior to working more than two decades in the corporate business world, Andy spent 15 years working in the restaurant industry. His lifelong passion for cooking nurtured a desire to make food that consumes you and draws you in with all your senses.  Anne Marie is a traditional herbalist and a teacher. She is often in the garden at home and finds a great connection with people and plants.

Together they create a fusion of great tasting, nourishing food that is made with loving care and gratitude towards the earth that offers it.

Sourcing mostly locally grown and organic ingredients, New Leaf doesn’t compromise – food needs to be nutritious and taste phenomenal.

Chef Tim Drew cooking for music festival

Special Mention

Although you won’t see him on the day of the festival, this event cannot be pulled off without the crazy talented chef Tim Drew. Drew cooks up the heartiest meals for the artists and volunteers, sustaining everyone through the energy required to pull off the day! This festival wouldn’t be what it is without him, and we truly appreciate all he does for us. If you want to support Tim, you can purchase his vegan food zines or watch out for the opening of his new brick & mortar spot!
